The Solution
A redesign based on the Lean Startup methodology—launching based on validated learning, experimentation, and iteration—supported by an intensive initial phase of UX Research with students, teachers, and parents, and a co-design process with the Junior Achievement Peru team that laid the groundwork for subsequent service design work.
- 01
UX Research with interviews of students, teachers, and parents from different areas of Lima, plus on-site observation of La Compañía program activities.
- 02
International benchmark of entrepreneurship programs, participant archetypes, and customer journeys.
- 03
Co-design workshop with the Junior Achievement team (brainstorming and idea prioritization) to collaboratively build the new proposal.
- 04
Deliverables: new La Compañía program, academic activity plan, rules and regulations, mentor network proposal, and consulting for the online platform.
