Who is responsible for your data

Carmen Gerea, independent advisor, based in Concón, Región de Valparaíso, Chile. For any privacy question, write to carmen@freed.tools and I answer personally.

What data I collect and why

• Session booking: name, email, chosen date and time, language and the page you booked from. Used to create the calendar event, send you the video call link and prepare the conversation.
• Reviews and testimonials: name, comment, rating and, optionally, your LinkedIn profile and a photo. Published only after my review, and removable on request.
• Email: if you write to me, I keep the thread so I can follow up.
• Usage statistics: pages visited, language, referring page and an anonymous session identifier. No advertising cookies and no behavioural profiling.

Basis for processing

I process your data because you provide it voluntarily for a specific purpose: booking a session, publishing a testimonial or starting a professional conversation. Statistics rely on my legitimate interest in improving the site, and are aggregated.

Who I share data with

I never sell or trade personal data. I work with providers that process data on my behalf, only to run the site:

• Google Calendar and Google Meet: creating the meeting and the video call link.
• Lovable and its database and storage infrastructure: hosting, bookings, reviews and statistics.
• External services I link to (LinkedIn, YouTube, Substack): clicking takes you off this site, where their own policies apply.

Affiliate links

Some tools I recommend are linked with affiliate or referral links. If you sign up through them I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. I only recommend tools I actually use, and the link never changes my opinion or the content.

How long I keep data

• Bookings: for the duration of the professional relationship and up to 3 years afterwards, for records.
• Published testimonials: until you ask for removal.
• Usage statistics: aggregated and kept indefinitely, as they do not identify individuals.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, a copy or deletion of your data, and object to its use, by writing to carmen@freed.tools. I reply within 30 days at most. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the data protection authority in your country.

Security and minors

Data is transmitted encrypted and access to the site's admin area is restricted and authenticated. This site is aimed at professionals and companies; it is not intended for people under 18 and I do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

If the way I handle data changes, I update this page and the date shown above.
