The Solution
We developed a design kit and the corresponding methodological manual to provide tools that empower employees to be creative with a focus on healthcare innovation. We laid the groundwork for fostering a culture conducive to product and service innovation, within a context of creative freedom that encourages idea generation without judgment, reserving the selection of the most feasible ideas for later stages.

Training with the innovation and creativity kit using a blended framework of Lean, Lean Startup, and Lean UX methodologies for employees involved in product and service development.

- 03
Innovation and creativity kit with tools and educational materials: brainstorming, SCAMPER, user archetype, customer journey, idea prioritization and selection, Lean Canvas, and value opportunity analysis.
