Log connecting data and execution

01 · Context

The challenge

The ten-open-tabs routine: One tab for Google reviews, another for Instagram, a spreadsheet nobody updates and a report that lands thirty days late. By the end of the week the same question remains: which lever moved the needle and what was pure wasted time.

Disconnected commercial metrics: Search demand, what past customers say and the real weight of each sales channel live in separate systems, so nobody can compare them or prioritise with evidence.

Strategy that dies in the deck: Growing a brand takes working habits, processes and discipline in marketing and sales operations. Without a place where agreements carry an owner and a date, what the session defined never gets executed on Monday.

The same question asked ten times: The tools and prompts reviewed in group sessions were buried in meeting transcripts, forcing the same explanation over and over.

No thermometer for the group: Whoever runs a program, trade association or cohort has no way to see which channels are gaining traction in the industry or which company needs support before the next session.

02 · Design

The solution

Two layers that hold each other up: a market intelligence layer that organises each company's demand, reputation and distribution data live; and an execution and coaching layer that turns that diagnosis into weekly priorities with an owner and a date. On top of both sits a program console with the aggregated reading of the group.

  1. 01

Existing demand: how people search for the company and which specific terms bring them in, to decide where to invest effort without guessing.

  2. 02

Reputation and friction: what past customers say and which operational problems repeat across reviews, with sale-blocking friction identified by pattern.

  3. 03

Distribution and channels: how much weight direct sales carry versus portals and marketplaces, and how the community responds on social and owned channels.

  4. 04

Cross-company commercial opportunities: every company keeps control of its information, and when two or more choose to share market data the platform surfaces joint packages, shared routes and distribution deals that neither would have seen alone.

  5. 05

Log of agreements: each session records two or three concrete priorities, with an owner and a date, tied to the data point that triggered them.

  6. 06

Library of tools and prompts: everything reviewed in group sessions stays permanently available, with no need to revisit transcripts.

  7. 07

AI session intelligence: support for summarising meetings and documents and writing down agreements without manual work.

  8. 08

Program console: aggregated reading of the cohort, channel evolution and group digital maturity, to walk into every meeting with the bottleneck already identified.

03 · Participation

My role

I designed the service and built the entire platform: defining the business questions it had to answer, the data architecture and the three access profiles, the experience design, the source integrations, the AI intelligence layer and the multi-company model with private data per participant. I also use it myself in every coaching session, so the product evolves with real practice.

04 · Impact

Impact

Companies arrive at the session having already read the diagnosis instead of spending the hour rebuilding numbers. Agreements are written down and reviewed the following week, and program leadership can anticipate where to intervene. In practice: less administrative time and data-driven decisions that actually get executed.

05 · Results

Integrated data sources

Sources are presented by the business value they add, not by their technical detail. Each company sees only its own data.

  • Organic visibility: search terms, impressions and positions the company appears for.

  • Local and maps presence: business listing, reviews and the behaviour of people searching nearby.

  • Distribution and booking portals: reputation and performance on the channels where sales happen, beyond the company's own site.

  • Social ecosystem and community: reach and engagement across owned channels, including the professional network for B2B businesses.

  • Documents and working sessions: shared material and meetings, with AI-assisted summaries.

  • Maturity diagnostics: self-assessments that place each company at its starting point and make progress measurable.
