01 · Context
The Challenge
Young entrepreneurs with limited resources: impact startups need to build brand and grow digitally without traditional marketing teams or budgets, while advancing the green, digital and inclusive transition that Global Gateway drives.
AI as a real lever, not a fad: participants need to integrate AI tools into their daily operations — automation, content, prototyping — with discernment, in Spanish and applied to the Latin American entrepreneurial context.
From pitch to actionable plan: the Bootcamp Phase closes with an internal pitch competition that selects the Top 8, and the High Performance Phase must turn the learning into a concrete action plan per business, with international exposure to European Union delegations, programme partners and investors.

The Solution
A structured programme of masterclasses, workshops, judging and coaching inside a two-phase bootcamp: the Bootcamp Phase, from 24 August to 16 December, with live masterclasses, regional Impact Circles, networking Coffee Roulettes, self-paced digital courses and practical challenges; and the High Performance Phase, from January to April, with personalised coaching and international exposure. My contribution focuses on omnichannel marketing with limited resources, purpose-driven brand building, practical AI use in Spanish and building products with AI and no-code tools.
- 01
Marketing and Branding Masterclass focusing on omnichannel strategies for impact startups: how to choose the right channels with limited resources and build a purpose-driven brand.
- 02
Masterclass on using AI tools in the entrepreneurial context (Spanish and English), including work automation and workflows applied to the founder's daily routine.
- 03
Working session on building products with AI and no-code tools during the bootcamp and a second follow-up session to consolidate learning.
- 04
Alignment with the rest of the curriculum: business fundamentals, Business Model Canvas and design thinking, standards, ESG and responsible business, legal readiness, pitching and the self-paced courses on investment readiness and social impact.
- 05
Guide with useful marketing and AI tools and recommended prompts for youth-led sustainable businesses (Spanish and English), with actionable links.
- 06
Participation as a judge in the internal pitch competition to identify the 8 top performers moving on to the High Performance Phase.
- 07
Group coaching (groups of 2 participants) for the 8 top performers during January and February 2027 (4 sessions per group) on marketing, branding and digital growth strategies.
- 08
Action plan per business at the end of the coaching, with concrete priorities for each venture and a focus on Global Gateway priority sectors: renewable energy, green hydrogen, sustainable agriculture, forests and biodiversity.
- 09
Continuous interaction with the bootcamp community: answering questions, giving feedback and designing short homework exercises throughout the programme.

I design and deliver the masterclasses on marketing, branding and AI, facilitate the AI product-building session, sit on the internal pitch jury, produce the bilingual reference materials and coach the 8 top performers until each business's action plan is completed in 2027.
