Coaching for B2B content: formats, channels and systems.
You have the knowledge. What trips you up is two decisions: what to create and where to publish it.
Coaching so you stop improvising: you choose your formats and channels based on your context and on audience and market trends, and sustain them over time. Without trying to be everywhere at once — that's the fastest way to not do well anywhere.

You have talent and expertise. Yet you struggle to answer two questions:
- What do I create?Video, article, post, whitepaper, webinar — and the paralysis of not knowing where to start.
- Where do I publish it?LinkedIn, YouTube, Substack, your website, and the reflex to be everywhere at once.
Organic content is like compound interest: it rewards those who stay, not those who jump formats and channels every month. Choosing these two things well, and sustaining them, matters more than any single tactic. 🧠
If you recognize yourself in any of these profiles, keep reading.
Consultants, founders and B2B professionals who want to create content seriously, not just now and then.
Anyone who already tried publishing and got scattered across too many formats or too many channels.
People who'd rather learn from someone who creates B2B content every week, not from disconnected tutorials that don't speak to each other or were built for other markets and contexts.
What formats to create.
We define your mix based on your business, your audience, your motivation, your capabilities and your context. The full menu:
Video
Long-form for YouTube and short clips (shorts, reels, clips) cut from the same material.
Posts and carousels
For LinkedIn, where a large share of B2B content in Latin America plays out.
Long-form articles
To go deeper and show real judgment, not just opinions in the air.
Whitepapers
Original content based on data and analysis. This is where you truly stand out: almost no one does it well, and I come from research.
Webinars and conversations
Live interviews and conversational formats that build relationships, not just reach.
Newsletter (Substack)
To build an audience you actually own, without depending on anyone's algorithm.
The goal isn't to do everything. It's to choose what your time and audience can sustain, and create one piece in a way that performs across several.
Which channels to publish on.
- 01
LinkedIn, YouTube, Substack, your website, Instagram. Each one plays a different game.
- 02
We choose your priority channel, you work it until you master it, and only then do you open another. No scattering.
- 03
And how to repurpose the same piece across several channels, knowing they don't perform equally.
I say this from experience, not theory: last year I published over 200 times on LinkedIn, cut back my time on Instagram, and focused on YouTube. I had to choose where to run and at what pace. 🏃♀️
What you take away after the kick-off.
Your format mix defined, based on your context, not on trends.
Your priority channel decided, based on where your audience is and how much time you have.
My own setup as a reference, so you can copy what works for you and skip the rest.
A way to turn one piece into many, so you stop burning ideas one at a time.
Start with what you have.
When I traveled to film content I packed a tripod, camera and stabilizer, and barely used them. They got in the way and I ended up filming with much less than I brought.
The lesson wasn't that I needed more gear. It's the opposite: start with what you have, learn the process, and add only when a real friction asks for it. The same applies to formats and channels: you don't need ten, you need to start well and stay consistent. ⛵
We start together. Then, you decide.
Kick-off session.
You tell me where you're at, we review your digital assets, I show you my setup, and we leave with your formats and channels defined.
Then, you decide.
You take it and implement it yourself, or we keep working together in individual or group coaching.
I don't sell dependency; I sell that you stop guessing. I'm not interested in being your creative agency, "running your social media," or ghostwriting for you.
— Who's coaching you
I'm Carmen Gerea.

Business and digital strategy consultant, organic growth coach, researcher and B2B content creator. I published more than 200 times in a year on LinkedIn and I'm now going deep on YouTube — not because it's easy, but because I forced myself to treat it as training.
I've lived and worked in 4 countries (Romania, France, Canada, Chile), I speak 4 languages, and after working with companies from more than 20 countries, I can tell you professional personal branding follows you everywhere — from building your network to making sure people think of you when they need something.
Building your personal brand is about getting others to associate you with something you define — and that defines you — throughout your career. That process looks more like training for a marathon than a heroic sprint: a plan that doesn't depend on how you woke up, your own pace, and consistency over inspiration. Everything is designed, including the habit of publishing and growing your personal brand's reach. 🏃

What this isn't.
- ✕
It's not "publish every day on every platform." It's choosing well and sustaining it.
- ✕
I won't sell you expensive gear or virality hacks.
- ✕
It's not pretty theory on a slide. Paper and post-its can take a lot; practice says not so much.
- ✕
It's not a recorded course: it's work on your own project.
Frequently asked questions
Which format works best for me?
+
It depends. On your business, your audience and the time you have. That's exactly what we sort out together; there's no one-size-fits-all answer.
How many channels should I be on?
+
Almost always, fewer than you think. It's better to master one than to half-do four. We start with your priority channel.
Aren't whitepapers too much for me?
+
Not necessarily. Good data-based content can be short. What makes it valuable isn't length: it's letting the data speak, instead of just voicing an opinion.
I don't like being on camera. Does this still work?
+
Yes. There's a lot of ground before showing your face: text, carousels, articles, audio. We start wherever feels least scary and build up from there.
If you've spent months saying "I really need to get on top of my content", it's now.
With your formats clear, your channel chosen, and a plan you can sustain.

PS: you'll notice I keep insisting on reusing what you already have. I'm pretty sure your phone and folders are full of material you never published. That's where we start. 🤓
